The seaside residence is situated on three levels cascading to the water's edge, featuring six bedrooms with queen size beds, one bedroom with two twin beds, private terraces, dramatic swimming pool, all with paroramic views. The unique living area configuration creates three separate gathering spaces (Atlantico, Bahia, Caribe) to provide generational privacy. The dramatic seaside location provides the convenience of in-town living combined with complete privacy and an exceptional oceanfront setting.
The main level provides convenient access at street level and comprises a covered porch overlooking the sea, comfortably furnished living room featuring original art from the island's many resident artists, dramatic dining terrace hovering over the pool with harbor views, a full service kitchen with custom inlaid concrete cooking island and bar, and four bedrooms.

VILLA UNO VIEQUES SPANISH WEST INDIES
This Agreement with effective date as set forth beside Owner's signature below, between Numero Uno Victor Duteil Incorporated (DBA Villa Uno) (herein "Owner"), and existing under the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, and _______________________________________ (herein "Booking Guest"). establishes the terms of rental for the premises, Villa Uno, located at Calle 1 Victor Duteil, Isabel Segunda, Vieques Island, P.R. 00765 (herein the "Property").
The Term of this Agreement shall be ____ nights with arrival on _________for a maximum of ______guests. The last night spent in the property will be ______________.
The Term rent shall be $___________ plus 7% Puerto Rico Tourism Tax payable as follows:
$ __________ ( 50%) Booking Deposit.
$ __________ ( 50%) Balance no later than sixty (60) days before the first day of the Term plus the 7% Tourism Tax and the $500 Security deposit.
BOOKING DEPOSIT: For all periods, a deposit of 50% is due upon booking the reservation, with the total balance due sixty (60) days prior to arrival. If the reservation is made within sixty (60) days of the arrival, the entire balance is due at the time of booking.
SECURITY DEPOSIT: A $500.00 security deposit is required with the 50% balance. The full amount of the Security Deposit shall be refunded within thirty (30) days of departure provided there are no charges arising from damage, missing inventory, and excessive cleaning charges.
PAYMENT: Payment may be made in United States dollars, money orders or check payable to Villa Uno ($50.00 fee for returned checks).
CANCELLATION POLICY: Vacation properties are rented far in advance. It is, therefore, difficult to fill a vacancy as the rental term approaches. In the event of a cancellation more than 30 days before the starting date of this Agreement, Owner will try to re-rent the property, with the objective of receiving the total rent indicated in this Agreement. If Owner is able to find a substitute Booking Guest at an amount equal to or greater than the rent, the Owner will refund to Guest any amounts Guest has paid, less a $50.00 cancellation fee. If Owner is unable to do so, any amounts paid by Guest may be forfeited. Any cancellations received by Owner less than 30 days before the beginning date of this Agreement shall result in a forfeiture of all money received from Guest, provided, however, that the $500.00 security deposit will be returned. There will be no refund for an early departure.
CHECK-IN: 4:00 p.m. Atlantic Standard Time. Please notify Clark Blouir at 202-387-9812 at least a week before your scheduled arrival on Vieques and provide the time and location of your arrival - Vieques airport or the ferry terminal in Isabel Segunda. If you are renting a vehicle from one of the car rental agencies, you may request that they pick you up at the airport or you may take the Publico (taxi) to the car rental agency or directly to Villa Uno in Isabel Segunda. (REMEMBER to make your vehicle reservations with one of the rental agencies as soon as possible as rental vehicles can be extremely limited during certain times of the year.)
CHECK-OUT: 11:OO a.m. Atlantic Standard Time. It must be recognized that Villa Uno Management needs time to clean and prepare the premises for the next party of guests. Accordingly, a $100 late fee will be assessed for departure after 11:30 a.m. without an approved check-out extension.
LATE CHECK-IN: If you are unable to arrive before 6:00 p.m., please contact Clark Blouir in advance to make special arrangements.
SMOKING: Smoking is permitted in outdoor spaces only.
LIABILITY: The Booking Guest and all members of the Booking Guest's party (the "Guests") agree to conform to all notices, rules and instructions in and about the Property. Guests are responsible for their own conduct and that of any invitees. Villa Uno, through its authorized representative, reserves the right at its sole discretion, (i) to refuse or interrupt occupancy in the event of any non-fulfillment or breach of rental conditions, (ii) to refuse admission to the Property to any person(s) not registered with the management office or is in excess of the authorized number of persons identified during the application process, and (iii) to require all persons admitted to the Property to register or otherwise identify themselves. Management, at its sole discretion, may charge a supplemental fee of $500 for each overnight guest that exceeds the maximum of 14 occupants (without prior approval from the owner). Any person whose presence at the Property at any time, in the judgment of the Villa Uno management, is considered to be prejudicial to the safety, character, reputation or interests of the Property or its guests may be denied access to the Property or may be ejected therefrom. Neither Owner nor its agents shall be liable to any Guest for damages or loss arising from the admission, exclusion or ejection of any person to or from the Property. Neither the Villa owner nor its agents shall be held liable for any losses, claims, damages, costs or expenses arising out of any theft, accident, injury, death, damage, delay, inconvenience or distress, whether or not arising by the negligence of the property owner or its agents, and the Guests hereby waive any and all such liability. A confirmed reservation by e-mail constitutes notice to Booking Guest of these exclusionary terms and unless Booking Guest cancels within 48 hours of an e-mailed confirmation, they are deemed to have read and agreed to the foregoing.

Q - How do I get from San Juan to Vieques?
A - There are several commuter airlines that fly from the San Juan and Isla Grande airports to Vieques, each with several flights (30 minutes) daily. One can also take a taxi from the San Juan airport to Ceiba where a ferry system makes several trips (45-60 minutes) daily to Vieques.
Q - Will we need to rent a car?
A - There are many activities available in Isabel to participate in without a car, however, one will need to rent a car or to flag a taxi to get to Esperanza for more restaurants and the many other beautiful beaches. There are several car rental places. It is best to reserve a car as soon as you confirm your reservation to insure availability.
Q - Are there businesses within walking distance?
A - There are restaurants, grocery stores, clothing stores, variety stores, dive shop, barber shops, pharmacies, post office, etc. all within walking distance.
